Delivery
The delivery time is within 5 business days. We are always trying to offer as quick deliveries as possible. Orders are sent by first class air mail, or in case customer has chosen registered air mail. The way of delivery are chosen at the checkout process. The costs for different delivery alternative are presented at the checkout page.
Returns
We do always offer 100% satisfied or money back guarantee, in 30 days, which allows the customer to resend the necklace to receive a refund of the total cost (shipping costs excluded). The only requirement is that the necklace shall be in good shape. To use the guarantee, please resend the necklace to: Inge Elvingsson, Ågatan 1, 79531 Rättvik, Sweden. Refunds are made thru Paypal.
In case of broken necklace
In case the necklace is broken (caused by customer) the necklace can be resent to us for repair. A repair fee of $6 (or equal) + shipping cost is taken.
